'MyFitnessPal Tutorial | Tracking a Starbucks Lunch | Ep 9 Making Macros Simple'

'Welcome to Episode 9 of Making Macros Simple where I teach you how to track your meals in MyFitnessPal (either on the phone app or their website)!  I truly believe that using an app like My Fitness Paql to track your macronutrients will give you the most accuracy in changing your body composition on your health and fitness journey!  Today, I teach you how to track a lunch from Starbucks on the My Fitness Pal App on your phone!  I ordered a tall, iced americano with skinny mocha syrup and a gluten free canadian bacon and cheese sandwich!    We are taking this day by day, meal by meal.  Week 1 is going to be dedicated to breakfast meals.  Week 2 is dedicated to lunch meals.  Week 3 is dedicated to dinner meals.  Week 4 is dedicated to desserts!!!
